There’s a lot of aspects that I see in Liam in myself and I’ve been doing this job over 20 years. it’s his conscience, he really does care about the job, what he’s shown in only six months is quick learning, punctuality – being here every morning and staying late where’s needed despite a lengthy commute from Hull, building relationships within his own team and outside with subcontractors. I think for a lad of his age it proves that he’s going to make one hell of a manager in his later career.
