We’re proud to announce that Lilly Desmond, a Marketing Apprentice hosted by Riverlution through EN:Able Futures, has been named one of South Yorkshire’s Top 30 Under 30.
The award not only recognises Lilly’s outstanding contributions since beginning her apprenticeship in May 2024, but also marks the start of a year-long professional development programme focused on nurturing leadership potential in the region’s brightest young professionals.
In a short space of time, Lilly has brought fresh ideas, energy, and a results-driven approach to her role—supporting Riverlution in showcasing their environmental and community-based initiatives with impact. Her work is a strong example of how apprenticeships can deliver meaningful results in business-critical areas like marketing, digital communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Reflecting on her award win, Lilly said: “I’m beyond excited and honoured to have made it onto the Top 30 list. Being recognised as an apprentice at this stage in my career means so much, and I’m proud to be part of such a forward-thinking organisation.””
Eddy Dennis, her Apprenticeship Manager, added: “Lilly’s drive and professionalism have had a real impact at RSC. Her attitude is exactly what the sector needs, and it’s no surprise she’s been recognised so early in her career.”
👏 Congratulations to Lilly—and thank you to River Stewardship Company for their continued commitment to developing new talent. This award demonstrates the value that employers can unlock through our apprenticeship programmes.
