We foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
All staff have an annual learning needs analysis to develop an annual personal development plan.
Our team are encouraged to be proactive in accessing learning opportunities to help them develop within their role and the organisation
We endeavour to create opportunities for the provision of high-quality practice/work-based learning.
We encourage staff to get involved in volunteering activities in the local community in line with our social purpose and values, offering 2 days for volunteering annually.
Volunteering helps staff develop new skills and competencies that may also be beneficial to their development within their role and provides both mental and physical health benefits to increase personal wellbeing.
