Private Medical Insurance provides cover at a competitive premium for private treatment of new acute medical conditions that arise and discounted dentist and optician fees and eye tests. It also offers unlimited access to Doctor@Hand, so staff can speak to a GP by video or over the phone 24/7*, booking a 20 minute appointment online, at a time and day that suits.

Employee Assistance Programme

The AXA EAP is a mental health and wellbeing service that gives our team access to counselling, online tools and mental health guidance.

All staff have access to both a confidential phoneline and the BeSupported website which provides them and their immediate family with information, resources, and options to support and address issues both at home and at work.
