EN:Procure is now inviting suitably qualified and experienced contractors to join a new Framework to provide repairs and maintenance services for their members and customers in the social housing and wider public sector in the North West and East Midlands.
The framework has an estimated demand pipeline of £650m over its 4-year lifetime and offers a complete range of services over its 50 lots and has local employment and training opportunities contractually embedded.
EN:Procure are also now seeking consultants in the Retrofit and Renewal sector nationally to provide their expert services to Efficiency North’s members to fulfil the defined PAS 2035 roles through our new Green Consultants Dynamic Purchasing System. The DPS has 5 Lots designed to offer a dynamic route for Efficiency North’s members to support the achievement of targets for net zero carbon in the government’s Fairer, Faster, Greener National Infrastructure Strategy.

The deadline for the first round of applications to the Green Consultants DPS is 5 February 2021. The re-opening for Round 2 applications is 22 February. The DPS will expire on 19 February 2027. Consultants may apply and join the DPS at any time until then.
