SME builder Kelsey are making great progress constructing 8 much needed new family homes on 2 adjacent sites in Golcar, delivered through EN:Procure and the Reallies New Build framework.
This is the first new build scheme for Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing for a number of years. EN:Procure's new build specialists, Kevin Knott and Jay Patel, worked with KNH, Kelsey and BSB architects to amend a previously approved design, meeting the requirements of Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing and satisfying the Planner.
The 8 homes are due for completion in April 2019.
