Efficiency North is funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government's Beacon Peer Funding programme and the Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership.

Our vision is:

To be recognised across the region as the practitioners network for Best Practice in Housing Maintenance and Construction.

Efficiency North is hosted by Sheffield City Council and is steered by an Executive Board of Asset Management Professionals from the following organisations:

Our Executive Board reflects the Membership of Efficiency North which consists of Local Authorities and their Arms Length Management Organisations, Registered Social Landlords and any other category provider of Social Housing.

We have an annual programme of activities ranging from research projects, learning events, benchmarking groups, best practice publications and collaborative procurement activities which are all aimed at sharing best practice and improving the performance and efficiency of our Member organisations.
