The 2010 Affordable Home Ownership Awards are now open for entries until Monday, June 14.

There are new categories including regional awards covering North, South, Central, Wales and London.

The 2010 awards will be hosted by Writer, Comedian, Radio and TV Presenter, Jason Manford. The awards celebrating the fourth successful year, are being held on Thursday 9th September at the Millennium Hotel, London Mayfair.

The judging panel includes property experts from NHF, HCA, CLG, RSAW, CABE, and LHF as well as leading prize winning Architects.

Application forms can be downloaded from the Housing Awards website at www.housingawards.co.uk. Organisations may enter all categories but only one entry per category is permitted.

Awards are open to all low-cost home ownership schemes completed and ready for occupation in England between 1 April 2008 and 31 March 2010 and entries cost £185 + VAT per category.
