The Re:allies Gas Heating Framework offers social housing landlords a flexible and affordable framework to meet their individual project requirements for delivery of comprehensive servicing, maintenance and installation.
32 companies were appointed to the framework’s 8 lots on 25 April 2016.
With a range of available contract options including JCT, NEC and TPC, the framework has been designed with users in mind to offer maximum ease and flexibility of use. It offers not only a swift, flexible and cost-effective route to gas heating services, but also the added benefits to local communities of employment and training opportunities and funding for social and economic regeneration projects.
In addition the efficiency of the framework can be further maximised through the integration of heating and plumbing materials from the Re:allies Materials Framework.
The framework has a 4 year duration.
