E N Procure Elemental Works Framework Contractors

In December 2010 the SCMS (Supplier Contract Management System) received over 740 expressions of interest to participate in the E N Procure Elemental Works Framework procurement process.

314 companies subsequently submitted pre-qualification questionnaires for evaluation, 230 of which were invited to tender. 98 contractors were eventually successful in being appointed to the Framework on 1st November 2011.
