Framework Development/Project Manager
Paul joined Efficiency North in 2010 bringing a wealth of experience in project management.
Paul has been a PRINCE2 Practitioner since 2004 and has worked in the public sector for over 10 years, primarily with Sheffield City Council on the £90m South Yorkshire e-Learning Programme (SYeLP), the largest e-Learning programme of its kind in Europe. Paul managed the central programme team that helped contribute to the delivery of over 50,000 NVQ level 2 qualifications to people within South Yorkshire.
Through a consultancy role, Paul saved the South Yorkshire Councils from over £1.6m in clawback from the European Union.
Within the organisation Paul works alongside Carl Bairstow on the management of benchmarking data, providing detailed analysis of KPIs in Repair & Maintenance, Asbestos, Voids and Gas.
He also co-ordinates the evaluation stages of the EN Procure Elemental Works Framework, ensuring that all the PQQ and ITT scores are collated and assessed with 100% accuracy.
He will be taking an active role in the consortium’s renewable energies projects.
