Efficiency North are proud to be working with Selby District Council on the delivery of 13 new affordable homes in Byram. On Wednesday 17 May, the project team held a consultation event at the Ann Sharpe Community Centre in Byram, which was positively received by local residents, who gave some great feedback which will be taken into consideration as the design development progresses.
The scheme will see the redevelopment of flats along Byram Park Road into 13 new affordable homes in response to a shortage of housing locally. Inspired by the local surroundings, the scheme features a range of 2-storey 2,3 and 4-bedroom semi-detached properties with large garden spaces laid out as an approachable, familiar street scene.
Great work and thank you to Strategic Team Group and Brewster Bye Architects from both Efficiency North and Selby District Council. We’ve enjoyed facilitating early contractor engagement and working with the team to drive best value.
